There are not enough words to express just how good this drama is. I had actually made a promise to myself to not watch any drama that has over 26 episodes, especially while it was airing. However, I know that Yoo Ah In is such an excellent actor that I broke that promise and I’m glad I did. I got to experience this drama while actually airing each week and commenting with other viewers at the same time. And I really loved that feeling of expressing myself to others while it was happening.

So this drama will have you sitting on the edge of your seat each episode. You will feel everything that Lee Bang Won feels; from his anger, to his pain, down to his loneliness. It makes you feel like you went on the journey from childhood to adulthood with him. Every episode was wonderful to watch. Every villain was true to their nature. Even though I would have loved to see another 10 episodes added so everything didn’t feel like it jumped a few years each episode, it was still decent. It didn’t have an overly rushed ending. I also wanted more for the final episode as well, but it was still done in a way that had you wanting to watch the Korean drama, “Tree With Deep Roots”. Even though I already watched it, I will probably be watching it again soon, while this drama is still fresh on my mind.

There are also some actors that are worth watching to see their drama careers blossom, for instance, Yoon Kyun-sang, Nam Da-reum, Lee Re and Byun Yo-han. I will definitely be paying attention to their careers. I’ve already have been watching Yoon Kyun Sang, I just didn’t realize it. LOL. 😛

Overall this drama should win major awards this year.
